EMD amount if Rs. 20,000 . For processing refund of EMD, you need to email a signed letter requesting refund along with a copy of cancelled cheque to [email protected]. It will take 4-5 banking days for us to process your refund. EMD would only be refunded to the same source/account from where the EMD has been deposited.

You can bid on any of our auction directly from your mobile or laptop/desktop. For every asset which is auctioned, there are two source of submitting you bids. Either you can bid from the search listing page (here you can bid on multiple auction on the same page) or from the product detail page. All offers to be strictly submitted on our auction platform only.
Proxy bidding feature has been designed for situations where you don’t have the time to keep track on the ongoing auction. Submitting proxy bid will ensure that the system keep you the highest bidder up to the proxy limit set by you. You can either schedule you proxy bid before the auction begins or submit your proxy bid once the auction is live.
‘My Bids’ section helps you navigate all your activities on our auction platform in one place. Under ‘My Bids’, there is ‘Active Bids’ tab which shows all the ongoing auctions which you have bid on. ‘Watchlist’ helps you keep track on the all the auction, ongoing or upcoming simply by saving a particular asset. ‘Close Bids’ shows all your closed auction bids.
Yes. All assets are title checked and verified by our team of experts. Shortly, we would be launching our own inspection reports for all the assets which will again help you bet on our listings without doing physical inspections.
Yes, you can do physical inspection. Although, the possibility of physical inspection totally depends on the arrangement made by the Seller.
We follows a grid based pricing based on the value of assets awarded to you. Details on the pricing can be accessed over here. Also, applicable buyer’ fee would be shown upfront to you on the auction page itself.
If you are the highest bidder and the Reserve Price for a particular lot has been met, then the assets would be immediately sold to you. However, cases where the Reserve Price is not met, Seller has the right to either accept, reject or negotiate on your offer.
An approval letter would be shared with you detailing the sale amount, tax, payment and lifting terms once your offer has been accepted by the Seller. It takes almost 2-3 days to process the approval. Although, in cases where the Seller is finance or insurance companies, they may take 7-15 days to decide.
You will be given 7 Banking days of time to deposit the entire sale proceeds along with the buyer’s fee charged by us.
For registered assets, Form 28, Form 29, Form 30, Form35 (2 copies each), NOC, address proof and id proof and all the other documents required for smooth and hassle-free vehicle transfer process would be provide to you from the Seller’s end. For non-registrable asset, original copy of the invoice (if available) along with bank NOC. Applicable GST sale invoice would also be provided.

Your EMD amount would be forfeited by us and you would be barred from participating in our future auctions. The right to either forfeit or not rests completely with us.
